CONGRATULATIONS! YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED TO RYZE ACADEMY!

Please follow the directions carefully to ensure that your student will be fully enrolled at Ryze Academy.

STEP ONE: Please complete the FULL enrollment packet HERE. 

STEP TWO: Please gather the following documents:

• Copy of student birth certificate or order receipt of the birth certificate
• Copy of Two Proofs of Residency – (i.e. power bill, car registration, insurance bills, etc.)
• Copy Parent ID (driver's license or ID card)

STEP THREE: Please upload the items from  STEP TWO to our enrollment portal HERE. When uploading, please include the student’s first name and last name in the document name when uploading.
